About us

Cupeiro Sinte is a digital PropTech company founded in 2023. Our objective is to help people and companies with their buildings on their roadmap towards a more sustainable future.

Our tools include simulation, design and intelligent control of integrated building and district thermal energy systems. Our intelligent control philosophy englobes a path that combines physical model-based optimal control and artificial intelligent methods such as deep learning.

Hi! I am Iago, founder of Cupeiro Solucións Intelixentes de Enerxía (Sinte). I come from a family with many heating and plumbing installers. I want to take this tradition a step further with my engineering and control expertise, with the clear mission of reducing the energy use and carbon emissions of the building sector.
